User Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your data from HYPERION at any time. Follow either or both of the options below.

Option 1. Remove HYPERION from your Facebook account

1. Log in to Facebook and open Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Go to Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
3. Find HYPERION and click Remove.
4. Confirm removal. This revokes our access to your data.

Option 2. Request deletion by email

Send an email to info@hyperianads.online with the subject “Data deletion request” and include the email address or Facebook account name you used with HYPERION.

What will be deleted

• Advertising account data received via Meta APIs (account identifiers, campaign, ad set and ad data, performance metrics);
• access tokens associated with your account;
• your HYPERION account profile (name, email) and reports generated for you.

We may retain limited information where required by law (for example, accounting records), and only for the required period.

Processing time and confirmation

We process deletion requests within 30 days and send you an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.
